My blog reflection: Before you begin research, identify an area/ areas of need where you believe your students, faculty, and surrounding community will benefit from the research. This will make the research more meaningful as well as useful. Keep in mind that these great leaders that have come before us have vision, and the capacity/ ability to influence others around them and bring about change! We as new leaders have a responsibility to master (in our own way) the art of research, reflection, and influence in order to continue the ongoing goal to improve all aspects of the education industry for the benefit of our children.
